New Empire Corp., in partnership with Tang Studio Architect serving as the agency of record for façade designs and layouts, held a groundbreaking ceremony to mark the construction of its newest project, located at 58-01 Queens Blvd.

The full-service 12-story residential building will be designed by architecture firm Tang Studio Architect. Designed and programmed with modern living in mind, the building will offer a suite of services and amenity spaces. Designed by Whitehall Interiors, renowned for their expertise in interior design for both apartments and common spaces, this project will feature a wide array of amenities. The amenities include a children’s playroom, an indoor lounge, personal storage, an outdoor terrace as well as a fully equipped fitness center.
